Research on the actual use of the complex public library from the perspectives of visiting purpose and usage behavior connection between users' visiting purpose and space usage at St and Tg libraries

This research clarifies the following issues to obtain useful knowledge for future public library planning by capturing behavior of complex in Japan based on user's purpose visit. First, functional structure and management policy recent years were examined. Second, connection between users' visit space used at St Tg libraries clarified. Finally, visit, patterns development “by-the-way use,” expansion under “stop use” evaluated determine usage stay-oriented library.
